DES MOINES, IA — Halloween is a special time of year for children and their families.

Mercy Children’s Hospital & Clinics nurse Christina Gillen and her mother wanted to make it special for the families with babies in the hospital’s neonatal unite.

Together they made costumes made for each baby in the unit.
